Our approach
We'd rather refund you than keep money from someone who feels misled. That's the whole point of this brand.
14-day refund
If you're not satisfied with a purchase, email aduramid@gmail.com within 14 days of buying, with your order email and a short reason. We'll refund the purchase to your original payment method.
Exceptions
We may decline refunds in cases of obvious abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or sharing the guide publicly.
Processing time
Approved refunds are sent within 5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take longer to show the money in your account.
